Please note that all sections of the online form must be completed in order for this application to be submitted to the Committee. Any application missing information will be deemed incomplete and therefore not to be considered.

In order to apply for membership you will need to include:

1. Photo ID
Please upload a recent head and shoulders picture of yourself. This will be used for security purposes to verify your identity.

2. Proof of Age
(e.g. Drivers License, Passport or Photo ID card). Applicants must be over 18 years of age.

3. Letter of Support
A reference letter of support from an existing member is mandatory for this application. This letter must include how long the Proposer has known you and the nature of your relationship.
