Faro Elite Services LLC. proudly welcomes esteemed vendors and service providers into our supplier network to enrich the experiences of our members. To collaborate with Faro Elite’s clients and team, we kindly request that you review and adhere to the following Supplier Code of Conduct:

Liability and Indemnification

Faro Elite Services LLC. holds no liability for the provision of goods or services by suppliers. You agree to indemnify Faro Elite Services LLC. against any claims or damages, direct or indirect, arising from the goods or services you provide.

Professional Standards

All goods and services provided to Faro Elite Services LLC. Members and team must be delivered in a professional and diligent manner, following the instructions outlined during booking. If you cannot fulfill the service within the required timeframe, notify Faro Elite Services LLC. promptly, and no later than two (2) business days if no specific timeframe is initially provided.

Terms of Engagement

Suppliers must communicate their Terms & Conditions (including cancellation, refund, or rescheduling policies) before engagement. If these terms are not shared in advance, they shall not be enforceable.

Insurance Requirements

Suppliers are required to maintain current General Liability insurance coverage of no less than $1,000,000. For activities involving elevated risk, such as automotive transport, aerial excursions, nautical charters, or events involving firearms, coverage of $5,000,000 is mandatory.

Non-Solicitation

As a supplier to Faro Elite Services LLC., you, your affiliates, and associated entities are prohibited from soliciting or accepting business directly from sources introduced by Faro Elite Services LLC.. This includes members, partner brands, or other suppliers. Transactions with these sources must occur exclusively under Faro Elite’s guidance and with prior written consent.

Non-Disparagement

Suppliers, including their employees, are required to maintain strict non-disparagement regarding Faro Elite Services LLC, its members, staff, or partner brands, whether verbally or in writing.

Data Protection and Compliance

Suppliers must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Suppliers must:

  • Obtain necessary consents for processing personal data.
  • Refrain from retaining or selling personal data.
  • Secure personal data to a high standard.

Suppliers will indemnify Faro Elite Services LLC. against claims or damages arising from non-compliance with data protection regulations.

Payment Card Data Security

Suppliers are responsible for safeguarding any cardholder data (credit or debit) shared by Faro Elite Services LLC, whether communicated orally, electronically, or via offline records. Faro Elite Services LLC. monitors compliance with PCI guidelines and reserves the right to terminate agreements immediately if security standards are not met.

Termination of Agreement

Faro Elite Services LLC. reserves the right to end agreements with suppliers immediately for any breach of this code of conduct or failure to meet service expectations.
