Our on-the-ground team at Faro Elite flawlessly orchestrated a 40th birthday celebration for a distinguished client, bringing together 100 friends and family. After flying guests into Hong Kong, we left no detail overlooked—hosting the event at one of the city’s premier private members’ clubs, complete with themed décor and personalized goodie bags. We also curated bespoke itineraries, including exclusive local tours, ensuring an unforgettable experience throughout their stay.

A perfectly planned farewell party

Faro Elite curated a stunning farewell celebration at a private members' club for a client relocating to Italy. With 40 guests in attendance, the night was filled with excitement, featuring a live DJ, captivating performances, and a mesmerizing magic show. To make the evening even more memorable, our team of videographers created a heartfelt short film, capturing unforgettable moments to treasure for a lifetime.

A magical birthday at Disneyland

Faro Elite turned a member’s son’s birthday dream into reality by organizing a magical private celebration in their exclusive Disney suite. The event included thoughtful presents, delightful surprises, and a cake delivered by Mickey Mouse himself. After a fairytale day, the family enjoyed VIP access to the spectacular fireworks show, complete with gourmet food, drinks, and meet-and-greets with the child's favorite Disney characters.

A milestone multi-venue bonanza

Faro Elite crafted an unforgettable 50th birthday weekend that dazzled the eyes and delighted the senses. The client’s 150 guests were treated to an immersive show by La Folie Douce, followed by a high-energy performance of 1970s hits by the legendary pop band Madness. Spanning three iconic venues in London, the celebration featured a stunning dinner experience, with dishes enveloped in billowing dry ice as they were presented to guests—creating an atmosphere of pure spectacle.

A festival for the ages

Faro Elite orchestrated a spectacular multi-day, festival-themed 50th birthday celebration at a stunning Buckinghamshire venue. The event featured vibrant food trucks, entertainment, personalized site maps, and plenty of unexpected delights. As night fell, we transformed the lawns into a hidden prohibition-era party, complete with live performances from a show band, jazz quartet, saxophonist, and pianist—creating a musical experience that perfectly complemented the festival atmosphere.

Anniversary celebrations in the British countryside

Faro Elite helped a client celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary in unforgettable style, starting with a mid-afternoon BBQ before inviting guests to a beautifully designed Sperry tent at their Gloucestershire home. The evening, customized to their every desire, featured exquisite food, drinks, and dancing. A special performance by The Soul Jets, along with seasonal floral designs inspired by the surrounding wildflower meadows, set the scene for a spectacular and unforgettable soirée.

An intimate dinner that stole the show

Faro Elite curated a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience at the iconic Harold Pinter Theatre in London’s West End, hosting 40 guests for an unforgettable evening. Champagne was served in the foyer before guests were guided into the auditorium, where they were amazed by a dramatic curtain reveal, unveiling their on-stage dinner setting. Once seated, they enjoyed a meticulously crafted three-course meal with specially selected wine pairings, creating the perfect atmosphere for a truly exceptional night.

Partying in a winter wonderland

Faro Elite worked our magic to turn the client’s private estate in the Cotswolds into a real-life fairy tale for their unforgettable 30th birthday celebration. The event featured enchanting touches, including snow machines along the driveway, a stunning life-size lion ice sculpture atop a luxurious plateau de fruits de mer, and, of course, dancing the night away to a live DJ on the decks.
