At Faro Elite Services LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional luxury lifestyle management services. We understand that circumstances may arise where clients require refunds. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and customer satisfaction.

Membership Fees

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated.

  • Refunds for membership fees may be considered at Faro Elite’s discretion if a written cancellation request is submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any services have been utilized.

Service Fees

  • All consultation and service fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated.

  • Refunds for unutilized services may be considered at Faro Elite’s discretion if a written cancellation request is submitted within 14 days of purchase and before services commence.

Event Bookings & Reservations

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund, subject to supplier terms.

  • Cancellations made after 48 hours may incur partial fees based on the supplier’s cancellation policy.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event.

Travel & Accommodation

Refunds for travel and accommodation arrangements are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions. Faro Elite will facilitate communication with service providers but cannot guarantee refunds beyond their stated policies.

Product Purchases

  • Refunds for luxury goods purchased through Faro Elite are subject to the return policies of the respective brands and suppliers.

  • Any item deemed custom, personalized, or non-returnable by the supplier will not be eligible for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen emergencies, Faro Elite will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
