A three-week journey through South Asia

One of our member's children joined 34 classmates on a stargazing expedition during a school trip to Borneo. After reaching out to 18 agencies, we successfully located a disbanded astronomy group that had previously collaborated with National Geographic. The group reunited and embarked on a five-day journey by road and river to create an unforgettable evening beneath a canopy of stars.

A stargazing experience in Asia guided by experts

An exclusive cruise along the coastline of Hong Kong

We partnered with a world-renowned yacht company to design a private charter for Tatler. Once aboard, the magazine’s guests cruised along Hong Kong’s glittering shoreline to a secluded, sunlit cove, where they enjoyed a gourmet lunch prepared by a private chef. We meticulously planned the entire experience, including customized goodie bags and a tender ride to a nearby beach.

A family celebration in the countryside

A family of 19 wished to celebrate multiple birthdays and graduations in the English countryside. After a month of meticulous planning, we arranged a memorable day for them at Fairmont Windsor Park, starting with a private lunch. The celebrations continued with a traditional horse-drawn carriage ride through the town, followed by a range of family-friendly activities on the hotel’s expansive grounds.

A year-long journey around the world

A member and his family embarked on a year-long journey around the world, seeking to travel in ultimate style. We ensured they flew between destinations by private jet and stayed at some of the world’s finest hotels. Thanks to our strong relationships with leading luxury hotel groups, the family enjoyed VIP treatment throughout their travels, including perks like discounted rates and complimentary room or suite upgrades.

A stylish and innovative proposal in Paris

Nothing speaks of romance like proposing in the City of Love. That’s why we arranged for one of our members and his fashion-loving girlfriend to travel to Paris by private plane. We took her to the House of Dior to select outfits for the trip. Later, our member proposed on a private balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower, adorned with hundreds of flowers. Afterward, they enjoyed a private shopping experience at Cartier for her engagement ring, before staying in a suite designed by Karl Lagerfeld at Hôtel de Crillon on the night of the proposal.

A 40-day road trip across America

One of our members wanted to embark on a road trip with their partner, so we took the lead and crafted an itinerary perfectly suited to their preferences. Starting in San Francisco, the couple stayed in 22 luxurious lodges, ranches, and hotels throughout their journey. We made sure they experienced the best of the US and western Canada, visiting iconic destinations such as the Grand Canyon, Death Valley, and Vancouver Island. A highlight of their adventure was a visit to Yellowstone National Park, where they observed the wildlife and took in the stunning natural beauty of the park.

The enchantment of Lapland

Traveling with children often gets a bad reputation, but with us, it’s nothing short of magical. Take this Lapland itinerary we designed for a member who wanted to create unforgettable memories with her six young grandchildren. No trip to Lapland is complete without meeting Santa and his elves, and we made this Christmas dream come true by working closely with our member to ensure that Santa personally delivered personalized gifts to her grandchildren. When the coronavirus pandemic disrupted their plans the following year, we partnered with Quintessentially Experiences to transform her home into a winter wonderland, complete with a special visit from Santa.

In order to apply for membership you will need to include:

1. Photo ID
Please upload a recent head and shoulders picture of yourself. This will be used for security purposes to verify your identity.

2. Proof of Age
(e.g. Drivers License, Passport or Photo ID card). Applicants must be over 18 years of age.

3. Letter of Support
A reference letter of support from an existing member is mandatory for this application. This letter must include how long the Proposer has known you and the nature of your relationship.
